Work commences on Roman Rise residential project

Breaking ground at Roman Rise

MYCO are delighted to have commenced works on our Roman Rise residential project for Homes for Lambeth.

Site setup and enabling works are underway before piling in early May.

The project includes:

  • 100% affordable housing:
  • 22 new council homes
  • 9 homes for shared ownership.
  • 75% are larger homes for families
  • 74% reduction in carbon emissions
