MYCO delivered the 197 High Street Kensington scheme consisting of the demolition of the existing and construction of the new building, delivered under a design and build contract. The site occupied a prominent corner plot on Kensington High Street which is immediately adjacent to the busy pedestrian and vehicular thoroughfares meaning logistics had to be carefully planned and managed in line with RBKC requirements. External and internal finishes and fittings were of high quality with exposed services to the soffits to provide a premium serviced office product.
