38-44 Ballards Lane is MYCO’s second project on this bustling High Street in Finchley, North London. Works will include the demolition of the existing building and construction of a 9-storey building featuring 6 floors of residential apartments and 3 floors of commercial space.

The design incorporates a striking brickwork façade with gracefully curved glazed components and a top-tier fit-out for both commercial and residential areas for a repeat Client, Morgan Management.
