MYCO awarded the contract to deliver 18-22 Wigmore Street

MYCO are thrilled to have been awarded the contract to deliver 18-22 Wigmore Street. This project will involve the redevelopment and extension of the existing heritage building to create a new mixed-use space for the premium piano manufacturers, Bechstein.

The new space will comprise of a flagship showroom on two levels, 13 recital rooms, workshop, a selection room for concert hire pianos and the addition of 8 residential units comprising of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. An apartment equipped with a Bechstein piano and access to 24-hour practising facilities will also be created for international artists visiting to perform in London. 

The crown jewel of this project is a 100-seat concert venue, to be named Bechstein Hall.
