The Apartments, Croydon

MYCO Contracts were appointed by a private developer to convert a derelict building into two high end residential apartments. Works included extensive structural alterations to both sub structure and the super structure. Internally MYCO handed over turn key finish using high quality finishes for the incoming new owners.
