New build residential fit-out consisting of nine 1 & 2-bed apartments in Aldgate. These apartments are tailored for the London rental market and with that in mind, MYCO put forward hardwearing and easily changeable finishes materials as part of our contractor’s proposals which added value to the scheme.
The project involved an RC basement with 5 structural steel/timber frame hybrid upper floors. The external facades are brick slip and rain-screen cladding.
