MYCO Celebrates National Apprenticeship Week

As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, we take pride in recognising the incredible journey of our apprentices and the positive impact it has on their personal and professional growth.
 
As part of our Future Driven Construction mission, we believe strongly in supporting the next generation of professionals in the construction industry. Alongside supporting internships, work experience, and graduate programmes, apprenticeships form a big part of how we deliver our commitment to developing talent.
 
Abbie’s story is a testament to the transformative power of apprenticeships. Speaking about her role as Accounts Assistant, Abbie said “The apprenticeship scheme has given me the opportunity to learn and work at the same time, leading to me achieving the career I’ve always wanted. I’ve gained independence, confidence and many more aspects in myself. I learn something new every day, whether I’m studying at college or in my workplace.”
 
Alongside Abbie, we are fortunate to have apprentices across various sectors of our business, each contributing their unique skills and perspectives.
