MYCO Celebrates Project Milestone at Acorn House, Kings Cross

We were delighted to celebrate the topping out ceremony at Acorn House in Kings Cross earlier this month for Precis Advisory Ltd.

This much needed, entirely affordable housing development has now reached it’s highest point and works will now begin to complete the façade and start the fit-out, with the building expected to open during 2025.

Standing at the top of the new 9 storey building, we saw, for the first time, the spectacular views over London that future residents will benefit from in their new, high-quality and sustainable homes.

When completed, Acorn House will deliver 33 affordable homes, flexible and affordable office space, a community room, play space and a retail unit for a local business on the ground floor.
