Redevelopment and extension of the existing heritage building to create a new mixed-use space for the premium piano manufacturers, Bechstein.

The new space will comprise of a flagship showroom on two levels, 13 recital rooms, a workshop, a selection room for concert hire pianos, 8 residential units comprising of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and a 100-seat concert venue, to be named Bechstein Hall.
