MYCO successfully delivered Phase 1 and two of this major residential conversion of a 1980’s office block on a prominent site in central Reading. The development on Queens Road of 49 quality 1 & 2 bed apartments which had an additional floor to be added to the rooftop with 4 loft-style apartments completed in Q1 2022.
