MYCO announces latest project handover at Town Hall Annexe

We are pleased to announce our latest project handover as team MYCO completes the Town Hall Annexe project for our client Populo Living.

This involved the redevelopment of the locally listed Town Hall Annexe, which was originally built in 1939. The project involved the change of use from commercial to residential, a vertical extension to the existing 3-storey town hall with the addition of two floors into a 5-storey building and extensive cut and carve structural alterations housing 40 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
 
This project has been an incredible opportunity for our team, and we’re thrilled to have delivered an exceptional development for Populo Living, the London Borough of Newham and the East Ham community.
